Shipping

Namato Collection offers free shipping on selected items within the US domestic mainland/ across the 48 U.S. contiguous states. Most items are shipped via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS and will arrive within 3-7 business days. If a product qualifies for this free shipping option, it will be indicated under the "shipping info" card on the product page. However, if a product qualifies for special freight or white glove delivery, there will be an additional charge provided after checkout, also noted in the "shipping info" card on the product page. Please note that purchases made outside US Mainland/across 48 contiguous US states, and international delivery require a custom quote, which will always be provided after the purchase and are subject to a separate charge after purchase.

 

Insurance

Namato Collection insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes over to the recipient. If the customer has specified a recipient other than themselves for delivery purposes, they also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Namato Collection.

 

Packaging

All Namato Collection orders are packaged with special care to protect your precious purchases, which includes protective foams and fillings and double duration cartoon boxes. We do our best to ensure your purchases are packed with maximum protection. As far as we can, we use planet-friendly recycled packaging materials.

 

International Delivery

Please note that purchases made outside US Mainland/across 48 contiguous US states, and international delivery require a custom quote, which will always be provided after the purchase and are subject to a separate charge after purchase.
International orders outside US mainland/48 contiguous US states will be delivered within 5-15 business days, unless otherwise specified. We ship by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Kindly note that delivery to Asia, Australia, and Oceania addresses can result in longer delivery times.

 

Taxes & Duties

Shipping outside of the borders of the US contiguous 48 states could incur customs charges imposed by the customer's national tax/customs authorities and may require formal customs clearance. Our couriers may contact you to retrieve your Tax ID or other documents to complete the delivery to your doorstep. For orders placed outside of the US, duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price at checkout and they shall be borne directly by the customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

 

Refused Delivery

If an order is refused at delivery, you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
