CURRENCY
All prices and payments are in USD (US dollars, $USD).
PAYMENT METHODS
We (NaMato Collection) accept the following payment methods:

-We (NaMato Collection) accept digital wallet payments:
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Shopify ShopPay
Please note that possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged. If you are charged transaction fees by your bank, we (NaMato Collection) will not refund these charges.
We accept one form of payment per order.
PAYMENT SECURITY
We (NaMato Collection) use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect your personal and credit card information. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on it to find out more about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You can also check the URL at the top of your browser and notice that it begins with “https” instead of “http”. This means that your data is secure.
Furthermore, all payments are processed internally with Shopify on a dedicated server upon checkout.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The prices of products indicated on the product listing pages and product detail pages are inclusive of US taxes but exclude import fees (customs duties and taxes) if these are applicable.
Please note that any additional costs of sorts are to be paid by you, the customer.
RETURNS
We (NaMato Collection) do not accept returns. Due to the unique nature of our products, most are one-of-the-kind, handmade, custom design pieces, and/or vintage. Please thoroughly inspect the images on the site and the product descriptions.
In the case you receive an item that is not in the condition as shown in photos, please send us an email at namato369@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
